The Women's Leadership Impact Initiative's Board of Directors is a diverse group of professional women from various generations, united in their mission to promote the development of women in Central Florida and beyond. With the help of the internet, their impact now extends worldwide.

BOARD MENTORS
Our Board Mentors are experienced former board members and community leaders who continue to support our organization by sharing their knowledge, perspective and experience with current and emerging leaders.
Our Advisory Board
Our Advisory Board was established to bring additional expertise, perspective and strategic insight to the organization. Its members support our Board of Directors in areas critical to the continued growth and impact of the Women’s Leadership Impact Initiative.
