Our mission hasn’t changed. It has grown.

Founded in 2010 as HAPBWA Foundation, our organization began by creating education, professional development, mentorship and opportunities for Hispanic American professional and business women in Central Florida.

That work created the foundation for what comes next.

Today, as the Women’s Leadership Impact Initiative, we have expanded that vision to welcome women of all backgrounds, industries and stages of their professional journeys.

​

We help women develop the confidence, knowledge, relationships and opportunities to become leaders in their careers, businesses and communities.

​

And as women grow, we encourage them to use their leadership to create impact for others—including youth, families and underserved communities throughout Central Florida.
